Tornado Cash eyes Solana integration.
Voidify proposes cross-chain privacy via shared pools and $Ø token.
Privacy is making a comeback — this time, across chains. The team at Voidify has submitted a proposal to the Tornado Cash DAO to bring the iconic crypto mixer onto Solana. If approved, the integration would link Solana and EVM networks through shared liquidity pools, allowing users to move assets privately between them.
At the same time, Voidify launched its own native token, $Ø, inside the Solana ecosystem. Holders will be able to act as relayers, stakers, miners, and even participate in governance — basically forming the backbone of this new cross-chain privacy layer.
It’s an ambitious move — connecting Tornado’s cryptographic roots with Solana’s speed and scalability. But it also revives the old debate: how do you balance privacy with compliance in a post-regulatory world?
Still, you have to admire the courage — bringing true anonymity to a high-performance chain like Solana is no small feat. C’est audacieux, and I kinda love it.
