Saylor lights up Abu-Dhabi.

A quick take: Saylor’s quote steals the show as the UAE doubles down on its pro-$BTC stance.

This morning, with the sun warming my terrasse here in the Sud and a light mistral brushing past, I saw the photos of Michael Saylor shining over Abu-Dhabi’s highways — mon dieu, what a flex 😎
The man calls $BTC “digital energy,” a force surpassing all other forms of property. And honestly? In a place like the UAE, it hits even harder.

The Emirates have been treating crypto not as a trend but as a foundation for their future finance.
No VAT, no income tax, no capital-gains tax on $BTC for private investors — imagine stacking sats knowing the taxman isn’t waiting behind the corner.
And with a digital-asset market topping $680B, plus nearly one-third of the population investing… that’s not hype, that’s cultural adoption.

What really gets me is the ambition. The UAE isn’t trying to follow; they want to lead.
When a whole region embraces crypto with this level of conviction, the Mediterranean air feels a little more electric—even from here on my seaside balcony ⚡️
