More builders joined ETH in 2025 than any other chain. 👨💻🔥
From January to September 2025, the $ETH ecosystem attracted 16,181 new developers — comfortably holding the crown as the most active network in crypto.
Runner-up? Solana with 11,534, followed by Bitcoin at 7,494. Not bad at all, but Ethereum’s lead shows just how deep its builder community runs. From L2 scaling to DeFi and tokenization, it’s still where most of the innovation starts before spreading elsewhere.
