$ETH slips under $3k again.
Major holders face heavy losses as a year of gains evaporates.

Read this update with the wind picking up over the bay, and mon ami, the mood is rough. With $ETH sinking below $3,000, companies sitting on big bags are taking real damage. BitMine Immersion Technologies alone is down $3.7B on its 3.56M $ETH stash — a hit that would make anyone’s stomach drop.

Funds and ETFs have trimmed another 280,414 $ETH, adding more weight to an already fragile market. And for institutions still holding large stacks, the average loss range sits between –25% and –48%. That’s not a dip — that’s a reset.

What stings even more is the broader ecosystem slowdown. Staking yields, DEX volumes, protocol revenues… all drifting back to early-year levels. When the heart rate of the network drops like this, you feel it everywhere — in mood, in liquidity, even in the conversations people have over coffee.

But from my little southern terrasse, I’ve seen $ETH go through these storms before. It bends, it cracks, it scares everyone — and then somehow finds a new rhythm. Painful? Yes. Final? Jamais. 🌊🔥
