This one feels nasty. The $DYDX foundation quietly shut down their Ethereum bridge on June 13, cutting off migration of ethDYDX into the native chain. Result? Over 45,000 holders now sit with frozen bags worth more than $25M — tokens they can’t swap, can’t move to CEX, can’t even dump on Uniswap. Nada.
The craziest part? The announcement barely got any eyes. A proposal with just 616 views, a reminder with 129. Who the hell was supposed to see that? For many, this smells like a piège discret — a hidden trap disguised as “procedural governance.”
