Does owning $BTC make you richer every single day.
Beautiful charts say yes, but reality depends on timing, narratives, and where you choose to zoom in 📊
I’ve seen those images everywhere lately — currencies, metals, indices all collapsing when priced in $BTC. Visually, it’s powerful. Almost hypnotic. For Bitcoin maximalists, it’s the ultimate proof: Bitcoin is the apex asset, everything else is destined to bleed against it forever.
And I get the emotion. Truly. When you zoom out far enough, $BTC looks like a financial black hole swallowing everything around it 🌀. Hard money, fixed supply, digital gold… the story is clean, elegant, almost poetic.
But let’s slow down for a second. Bitcoin is still a young technology, barely 17 years old. If you apply the same logic, early investors in Nvidia or Microsoft could say exactly the same thing. Buy early, wait long enough, zoom out — boom, everything underperforms you.
That’s where charts become dangerous. Timeframes are not neutral. They tell stories, and stories can be bent. Stretch the timeline, compress it, choose your start date… and suddenly the “truth” changes. Comme quoi 😉
Bitcoin can be the best asset and still not invalidate every other investment on Earth. Both things can coexist.
In the next post, we’ll play with time itself and show how easy it is to manipulate meaning just by changing chart windows ⏳
