Crypto․com hack kept in the shadows.
Almost deux ans, mes amis… that’s how long Crypto․com managed to keep quiet about a hack where attackers got into an employee’s account. The story just came out now, thanks to Bloomberg 📰.
The exchange insists that only a “very small number of people” were affected and no client funds were lost. Maybe true, maybe pas trop… but let’s be real: when a platform hides incidents like this, it chips away at the trust we give them. Transparency is the oxygen of crypto. Without it, we’re just gambling blind.
Personally, I find it frustrating. We’re not children — just tell us what happened, own it, and fix it. Better an honest ugly truth than a pretty lie.
