Already, degens on Polymarket are placing their chips on who’ll sit in the Oval Office in 2028 🇺🇸. And the craziest part? Both main candidates are openly crypto-friendly. Imagine that — no matter who wins, blockchain won’t be ignored.
JD Vance, with his $BTC bags, plays the role of the libertarian rebel: “crypto = freedom.” He’s pushing for a US strategic Bitcoin reserve (yeah, like oil, but digital) and positions himself as a shield against overzealous regulators. The guy even tours crypto conferences — presque un ambassadeur.
On the other side, Gavin Newsom carries the Californian tech dream. Web3 orders in 2022, laws in 2023, and even cozy partnerships with Ripple ($XRP) and Coinbase to bring blockchain into public administration. And he’s got a playful side — pitching a meme coin called Trump Corruption Coin… you can’t make this up 😂.
For us, this is wild. In 2016, crypto wasn’t even a footnote in US politics. Now, in 2028, it’s literally a campaign weapon. Whoever wins, the tide is turning. 🌊
