BlackRock, managing around $1 trillion, is actively hiring across the crypto industry to expand its lineup of digital ETF products. Less noise, more execution.
This is how serious adoption actually happens. Not with tweets or laser eyes, but with job offers, compliance teams, and product roadmaps. When BlackRock hires crypto natives, it’s not to “experiment” — it’s to industrialize.
