BitMine just went full whale mode with $ETH. 🐋
The American mining company has revealed its treasury: 2,069,443 $ETH (worth nearly $9B), 192 $BTC, plus $266M in liquid cash reserves. That makes them the largest Ethereum holder in the world and the #2 crypto treasury overall.
To put this in perspective: one company now sits on more than 2% of the entire $ETH supply. That’s colossal. It also raises questions about concentration — on one hand, it shows insane institutional conviction in Ethereum, on the other, it centralizes risk.
For me, it feels like a turning point. Miners don’t just extract anymore; they’re becoming strategic investors, almost like sovereign funds in the crypto space. And honestly, when I see a miner locking up billions in $ETH instead of just dumping rewards, it makes me bullish for the long game. C’est du sérieux.
