Back in June the Altseason Index was chilling at 17, pure Bitcoin dominance vibes. Today? We’re at 68 — a huge shift in just a few months. That means a big chunk of top-100 coins have outperformed $BTC over the past 90 days.
But let’s be clear: the real altseason party only starts above 75. That’s when you can truly say the market has flipped and money is flowing aggressively into alts.
How it works is simple:
1️⃣ The index tracks how many of the top-100 coins beat $BTC in performance over 90 days.
2️⃣ If the score is under 25 → it’s Bitcoin season.
3️⃣ If the score is over 75 → bienvenue, full-on altseason.
